I spent over 15 years running an art business. I loved the work, but what I loved more was figuring out how to make the business run better. Streamlining processes, cutting wasted effort, finding the thing that was slowing everything down.
Unfortunately, that instinct didn't fit neatly into an art career, so I followed it somewhere it did. I landed in content production, working as a writer and editor at a content agency. When the agency started using AI tools, I was the person who figured out how to make them work for the business. Not because I had a plan, but because the problems were right in front of me: a transcript review process that was slow and expensive, workflows that kept breaking in the same places. Though the issues were different, I fixed them all the same way—by analyzing the process, figuring out bottlenecks and pain points, and resolving the disconnects one by one.
That's still how I work. I start with the problem, identify the root cause, and figure out what it would take to solve it. Sometimes that's an AI pipeline. Sometimes it's something simpler. I'll tell you either way.
I have an MBA, which means ROI matters to me as much as APIs. And I love teaching people. The goal of every engagement is for you to feel more capable and empowered at the end.
