Business-first implementation for small teams.

I spent 15 years running my own business. I know what it's like to wear every hat: handling operations, figuring out what's broken, fixing it with whatever you have available, and doing it all while still trying to do the actual work. That experience taught me something that no amount of formal training could: the difference between a solution that looks good on paper and one that actually works for a real business.

When I went back to school for my MBA, I finally had language for what I'd been doing instinctively—process optimization, operational efficiency, ROI analysis. The business side has always come naturally to me. What I added over time was the technical side.

I landed in content production, working as a writer and editor at a content agency. When the agency adopted AI tools, I became the person who figured out how to make them work. Not because I had a plan, but because the problems were right in front of me. Slow processes. Broken workflows. The same errors happening in the same places. I fixed them the way I've always fixed things: find the root cause, figure out what it would actually take to solve it, and build the solution.

That's still how I work. I start with your business problem, not with the technology. Sometimes the answer is a software solution. Sometimes it's something simpler. I'll always tell you which, and why.

I'm based in Northeast Ohio and help small businesses solve operational challenges with thoughtful technology and practical process improvements.
